Full-Time AM Bachelors Degree CA RN license CPR/BLS Job Summary: This position is located at Loma Linda University Medical Center, University Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. Develops, implements, maintains and evaluates protocol monitoring procedures to ensure Adult or Pediatric Oncology Clinical Research protocols are conducted in accordance with requirements of regulatory agencies. Supervises clinical research coordinators in the Adult or Pediatric team to maintain adherence to protocol requirements and for completion of job duties. Facilitate and provide training and education of the coordinators through staff meetings and in-services. Works closely with study investigators, nursing staff, regulatory staff for promotion and growth of the Oncology Clinical Research Program at Loma Linda University Cancer Center. Attends conferences, group meetings and national Investigator meetings that may require travel. Performs other duties as needed. Job Specifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing school required. Master's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of nursing and/or research experience in Adult or Pediatric Oncology required. California RN licensed required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Achieve and maintain the status of Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC), Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA), and/or Certified Pediatric Oncology Nurse (CPON) Certification within 2 years of eligibility. Valid California driver's license required. BCLS certification required within 90 days of hire date. *HJ*HJJG *SH*JG *MH*JG
